Shipping & Delivery

We bake, pack, and ship every order with care so your treats arrive fresh and delicious.

How shipping works

  1. Choose a shipping date
    At checkout, you’ll select the date your order leaves our bakery and start their journey safely to you. You will see an estimated arrival date before checking out.
  2. In transit
    Orders typically travel 1–3 business days after shipping.
  3. Delivered fresh
    We’ll email your tracking number when your order ships so you can follow it along.
When do you ship orders?
  • Orders ship Monday–Thursday
  • We do not ship on Sundays or major carrier holidays.
  • Orders placed by 9:00 PM ET will ship on your selected shipping date or the next available shipping day.
  • You will receive a confirmation email with your shipping date and estimated arrival date. If you wish to change your shipping date, please contact us.

To protect freshness, we may occasionally ship earlier or hold a shipment (for example, to avoid weekends, holidays, or extreme weather).

When will my order arrive?
  • Most orders arrive 1–3 business days after shipping.
  • Delivery windows are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.
  • Weather or carrier delays may occur.
  • Refunds are not offered for carrier delays once an order has shipped.

During major holidays, you may see a notice at checkout if your selected shipping date is unlikely to arrive before the holiday. In that case, we recommend choosing an earlier shipping date if you want your order to arrive before the holiday.

How much does shipping cost?
  • We offer $8.99 flat-rate shipping on all orders.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout.

How do I track my order?

When your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

If you don’t see it, please check your spam folder.

What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for orders sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  • If our system flags an error in an address, we may hold the shipment until we are able to confirm the correct address with you.
  • If a package is returned due to an address issue, additional shipping charges may apply to resend.

If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible.

Will the chocolate melt during shipping?

We take great care to make sure every order arrives in good condition.

From mid-May through mid-September, we ship chocolate items with cold packs and insulated mailers to help protect them in warmer temperatures. That said, chocolate is especially sensitive to heat and may soften during transit.

If your package arrives warm, we kindly ask that you:

  • Bring it inside as soon as possible after delivery
  • Let the box rest in the refrigerator for 10–15 minutes before opening

This allows the chocolate to re-set after its journey. Even if the chocolate has melted and re-set, it is perfectly safe to eat and just as delicious.

Heat-Resistant Packaging:
You may choose to remove Heat-Resistant Packaging at checkout. If you do, chocolate may melt during transit. Refrigerating the brownies upon arrival will help ensure they’re still delicious.

Could my order be delayed before shipping?

We use specialized chocolate enrobing equipment. On very rare occasions, equipment issues may delay an order by one business day. We appreciate your understanding.
