We get our beans at Tend Coffee and have them grind their Pull Espresso extra fine for us. We bake the espresso into the brownies and then hand-dip them in milk chocolate and top them with a creamy white chocolate drizzle, The espresso brings out the richness in the brownies and leaves a pleasant aftertaste when you finish!
